Lemongrass Vitality has a crisp, herbaceous, citrus-lemon flavor that when taken internally has many health benefits, including digestive support and cleansing properties.*
DIRECTIONS
Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of carrier oil. Put in a capsule and take up to 3 times daily.
APPLICATIONS
- Put 1–2 drops in a vegetarian gel capsule to take as a dietary supplement to support the digestive system.*
- Add 2–3 drops to water or hot tea for a light, refreshing flavor and for Lemongrass Vitality’s cleansing properties. This is an excellent alternative if swallowing a pill is difficult.*
- Add Lemongrass Vitality to recipes to enhance and brighten the flavor.

PRODUCT BACKGROUND
Lemongrass, originally native to India, Guatemala, and other tropical areas, has been used traditionally to improve the flavor of foods and drinks. The lemongrass plant is steam distilled to produce Lemongrass Vitality, which enhances blends such as DiGize™ and supplements such as Essentialzymes-4™ and MultiGreens™.
